Here's a glimpse into some of our team and their growth over the years
Commenced 2017
I joined WAER in 2017, overseeing Human Resources and assisting in the Finance team. As my knowledge grew and my responsibilities increased, I joined the WAER management team as the Head of Finance & HR in 2021. The acquisition of WAER by Total Specific Solutions (TSS) in 2022 offered me the opportunity to be involved in both the pre-sale process as well as assisting in the financial and HR integration post-sale. Being part of the TSS group has provided new career opportunities for me, ultimately leading to my current role as an HR Consultant. As well as the WAER management team, I now also support the management teams of other TSS-acquired businesses in the UK & Ireland, ensuring that the HR strategies and initiatives are closely aligned with the goals of the company.
Commenced 2018
I began my journey with WAER in 2018 as a Support Analyst. While in this role, I gained a deep understanding of WAERlinx and its inner workings, which equipped me with the skills to progress into a Lead Implementer position in 2020. In 2023, I assumed the position of Delivery Manager, where I could apply the knowledge and skills gained from my previous roles. I created a team that was dedicated to providing customised experiences to our clients. Throughout my journey with WAER, I was supported in completing leadership courses and became a part of TSS Future Leaders Network, which has been instrumental in my growth and development.
Commenced in 2020
I began my journey with WAER in 2020 as a Support Analyst, adapting to the company's ethos, known as the "WAER way," emphasising a customer-centric mindset. Over the next 12 months, I dedicated my time to improving my technical and WAER-specific knowledge. With an SQL Certification completed, I gained the ability to adeptly assess customer issues and develop innovative action plans for effective resolution. In 2021, with WAER's expansion, I secured the role of Support Lead, where I established standards aligning with our vision of partnering to build a better future with our customers. To ensure I could support my team, I completed a Leadership course, giving me the extra skills needed to coach and mentor our Support Team to deliver best-in-class support, consistently fostering a culture of excellence.
